THE REGENLAB FOR TRAVEL and ONCE JOURNEYS FOR WOMEN General Booking Conditions for Retreats.

The reservation of any of the retreats included in this website/catalog, implies full acceptance of these General Conditions of Rescatadores S.L (local company representing The RegenLab for Travel and ONCE Journeys for Women) which are considered automatically incorporated into the contract, without the need for its written transcription to the contract. The duration, description, prices and services included are indicated on this website.

Due to the advance notice with which it has been edited and the limited space available, the complementary information and possible modifications will be communicated to the clients in writing, and which, together with the General Conditions, act as the definitive contract.

I. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

The 30% of the total amount of the trip must be deposited, and no place will be considered committed until this deposit is made. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 21 calendar days before the departure date, otherwise the client will be considered to have voluntarily cancelled the reservation, which will incur cancellation fees.

When you make your payment, please send us proof of payment so that we can check it against the amount received.

II. PRICE

The price includes the services specified in the retreat and in the additional information provided to the client. Transportation to and from the retreat location, additional lunches or dinners, gluten-free food and any service not specified as "included" are considered as "not included".

III. INVOICE

The client is entitled to have an invoice for the activities and services contracted, as long as it is requested at the time of settlement of the withdrawal and during the same month of settlement of the withdrawal. The VAT to be applied is 21%.

IV. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

Any reservation cancellation by the client must be sent in writing to info@theregenlab.com or theregenlab@gmail.com and its receipt must also be confirmed in writing from one of those emails.

Rescatadores S.L. is not responsible for the cancellation or non-fulfillment of the contracted services due to acts of God or force majeure (natural disasters, conflicts, diseases, etc.).

If the client withdraws from the retreat after finalisation, at least the deposit paid to hold the reservation will be payable to compensate the company for the payment of the management fees incurred in organizing companies and tourism providers (amounting to 15% of the final price) on the date of cancellation. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation or in the trip data sheet, the following schedule of cancellation fees specified below shall apply:

• Cancellation made 15 to 21 calendar days prior to the start date of the trip: 30% of the total amount of the trip.
• Cancellations made 8 to 14 calendar days prior to the date: 70% of the total amount of the trip
• Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to the date of departure until the day of departure: 100% of the total amount of the trip

If the client wishes to postpone the trip due to COVID-19, he/she must notify this decision in writing 31 days or more prior to the retreat start date. In this case, there will be no penalty for any corporate management fees; only any non-refundable expenses at the destination (such as the accommodation portion of the deposit). Previous payments made by the client will be used for a future retreat organized by The RegenLab for Travel or ONCE. If the prices on the new postponed dates are higher, the client must cover the additional costs. The retreat can only be postponed once.

In case of return, the indicated handling fees will be retained. Refunds will be carried out at the exchange rate of the day of the transaction, if the deposit was made in a currency other than Euros. Therefore, the amounts may change according to exchange rate variations over time. The amount received by Rescatadores S.L in the bank account in Euros upon receipt of the payment will be taken as the basis and that will be the amount to be reimbursed with the respective equivalence in the currency to be paid at the exchange rate of that day. Likewise, the amount to be reimbursed will be reduced by the costs generated by transfer and bank commissions applicable for each operation, which must also be covered by the client.

The above penalties and indemnities will not apply if the client substitutes another person in his/her place and this person covers the missing costs of payment of the same. The new person traveling will be subject to the terms, conditions, prices, payment schedule and arrangement of accommodations and activities previously agreed upon with the original participant. This will only be allowed at least 8 days prior to the travel date.

V. INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTS

All services subcontracted to Rescatadores S.L. in this retreat have their compulsory insurances in force by law.

Neither the accommodation nor Rescatadores S.L. will be responsible for any accident or provide insurance for causes that are not strictly their responsibility, such as those detailed below:

• Weather reasons, negligence on the part of the client or illness of the client.
• Damage or loss of the client's personal belongings.
• Transportation in your personal vehicle: in no case, will Rescatadores S.L be responsible for an accident prior or subsequent to the activities in the client's personal vehicle.

VI. REMARKS

Every client must follow the safety instructions provided by their facilitators and hosts. If safety instructions are not followed, no responsibility will be accepted for injuries or accidents suffered by clients.

In order to ensure the safety of all clients, please inform Rescatadores S.L of any health problems, disabilities, dietary restrictions, allergies or other conditions before beginning the retreat. Clients will be responsible for deciding if they are able to perform any activity, as well as for the supply and administration of their own medications.

VII. IMPORTANT NOTES

The list of activities described in the program and/or program itinerary may change without prior notice depending on the needs of the project (weather, group needs, etc.).

Rescatadores S.L., as well as The RegenLab for Travel and ONCE Journeys for Women,  state that any personal information that may be collected is for the purpose of providing the services or products it markets. Inform you about changes in the same or new releases and for identification purposes, respecting the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by individuals.
